This is to specially invite you at our annual independence
dinner/gala night. This year’s event which is to commemorate the
Nigeria’s 58th independence will be featuring cultural display,
musicals, fashion parade and special awards to Nigerians and others who
have distinguished themselves in various area of endeavors.
About Our Keynote Speaker:
Our Keynote Speaker will be Professor George Obiozor. He studied at the
Institute of African Studies and Albert Schweitzer College. He
graduated from the University of Poget Sound in 1969, and from Columbia
University with a Ph.D. in International Affairs.
He was director-general of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs. He was the high commissioner to Cyprus. He was the Nigerian ambassador to Israel, from 1999 to 2003. He was the Nigerian ambassador to the United States, from 2004 to 2008.
